When you buy from me you are agreeing to the terms regardless whether you bothered to read them

GENERAL RULES:

If you don't respond within 24HRS I will send you a reminder.
After THREE reminders, your slot will be opened again and you'll receive a strike on my private blacklist.

I take payment up front now unless you're a returning client

I don't do refunds, if I decide to give a partial refund it will be on a case by case basis

Adoptables

After you have paid for the adoptable and received all the requested files, you are now entitled to:

use the design however you please

change the design however you please

sell the design to somebody else

When you choose to purchase a design from me here is what you are agreeing not to do:

claim the art as your own

use the character/design to promote or embody any kind of hate speech

resell the character for more than you paid for them

use my design for a commercial project (unless otherwise discussed)

Commissions

After you have received a commission you are now entitled to:

use the art however you please

Sell the art as an add on to your oc

Display the unwatermarked version (With credit)

When you purchase a commission from me you are agreeing NOT to:

repost the art without credit

sell the art for more than you paid

use the art to promote hate speech

use my art for a commercial project (unless otherwise discussed)
